I made a little pocket for said coloring book and should the occasion strike, I made a place for some crayons as well. I bought a pack of these felt sticker bees at the craft store. The bee is my favorite part of this page!

Yet Another Quiet Book Page
I really like how this one turned out. It turned out really close to how I had it pictured in my mind and how many times does that happen? Any was the Easter Bunny brought Chase a little coloring book with stickers. While he still isn't totally down with coloring he really likes putting stickers on things, especially if they are Big Bird stickers, which they are. The Easter Bunny must really know what he's doing....anyway, enough blabering.

My Wonderful Adam Love
So there was a mouse in our house the other day. Not only was it in the house, it was snuggling on the couch with us. The last time there was a mouse in here was well over a year ago. I totally freaked out and had totally irrational fears of mice unhinging their jaws and swallowing me whole. It was hard for me to even be in the house by myself for fear of a mouse attack. Anyway, I am a lot more mature now....I have dealt with my mousy fears. So I told my husband whilst he was running around trying to catch it while I was prepared to throw something at it if I saw it run past me, that If I didn't freak out about the mouse too much I should get a prize. Well I did a pretty good job. And this was my prize!
A little award ribbon and everything! Aren't husbands SO great!?!?

Laundry Room Progress
So I have been in the process of cleaning and organizing my laundry room/pantry. There are some before pics this post. They are not pretty. Well here is the progress I have made so far:
I threw out a ton of stuff from this room and have some more to take to the D.I. I got a ton these boxes from the dollar store. I couldn't buy enough of them. I have used them all over my house but I bought them with this room in mind. They work great. I also found those jugs at a grocery store. They are water pitchers but I thought they would work perfectly for my flour and rice and sugar and stuff. And they do work perfectly. The same size, shape, and color. Now I just need to put pretty labels on them! I still have a lot to do in this room including putting up some cute curtains and some other things but I'm happy with the progress I've made!
Happy Cleaning!

More Quiet Book Pages
I have gotten three more pages done for Little Boy's quiet book. These pages were very fun to make.
So for this page I did a little seek and find bag with fish in it. I got a bag of button fish from the craft store. It has seven fish in it I think? I used some vinyl to make the bag and I put Velcro on the back of the bag and on the page so he can take it off to find the fish. I added some fish at the bottom to make it more colorful.
So this next page is an octopus. It didn't turn out exactly like I wanted but I think he's still pretty cute. I used pipe cleaners but these ones were bigger and fuzzier than the average size. Little boy can move his little legs around, and who can resist a good pair of googly eyes!
Please pardon the bad photography. Obviously my shadow got in the way. Anyway, I got some ladybug felt stickers and put them next to some numbers. All of the lady bugs are Velcro-ed on so they can be taken on and off.
That's all for now. There are still more pages to come!

Pinto Bean Wreath
I made this wreath from a foam wreath and pinto beans (both from the dollar store). I didn't take pics along the way because I didn't have a camera at the time. I just used my glue gun and glued the beans on in a diagnal line. (some places look better than others) I have seen wreaths like this before, I just can't remember where. So If any of you know please let me know the link of some! Once I was finished I just spray painted in green. It is still in need of another coat. I just added some craft flowers to make it more springy!

Church Bake Sale
We had a fund raiser for the Young Women in my church. They had a dinner with a cake auction and bake sale. I was supposed to bring something for the bake sale. So I decided to make rice crispy treats. I wanted to dress them up a bit so people would want to buy them.
Drizzle chocolate and add sprinkles and wallah! I sold out at the bake sale too!
